Tongham Bowling Club is a friendly mixed club situated in a small village of Tongham near Farnham Surrey, offering a warm welcome to bowlers of all abilities from beginners, through to intermediate to competitive bowling.

Our club has been running for 72 years, and is affiliated to Bowls England, and Bowls Surrey,  plus other local leagues and is open all the year through.

Tongham Bowling club which is firmly based in the community, is supported by local organisations.

We focus on promoting enjoyment of the game for all of our members, and a opportunity to play both friendlies and  competitive bowling in  friendly surroundings.

We welcome new players of all ages from 10 years +. We have qualified coaches who will be only to pleased to help you start off your bowling career.  

We offer a 50% discount on membership to new bowlers, and free tuition from our coaches.

So why not give it a try, have fun, make new friends and be active. 

Our bowling season starts in the middle of April to September, and throughout the season we have friendly fixtures on Saturday and Sunday afternoons with all of our local clubs. 

During the week we have a selection of men’s, ladies and also mixed leagues, which are usually played in the evenings.

We are open all the year round and have an active social events calendar throughout the year. 

From September to March. we have a full packed social side which includes: carpet bowls, crib / card leagues, pétanque,  pub nights,  race nights, Quiz nights to name a few. There is always something going on.
