I must say our visitors from Essex were an absolute delight. The perfect gentlemen, respectful in appearance and conduct, until that is they came out onto our green, were they were fiercely competitive but also  full of fun and laughter.

We had a wonderful day on Thursday with all six rinks in play. The atmosphere was vibrant and filled with laughter, of course the weather improved which always helps no end. At the end of the day the sang to us, which finished the day off.
